-We ship using USPS first class Mail 3- 5 business days approx.
-The processing time on each product may vary between 1- 2 business days
-We ship with delivery confirmation and tracking number. This will be sent to you in an email when your item is shipped.
-Express shipping is available for an extra charge, see the option at the checkout.
We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays, so these are not shipping days.
NOTE: Due to the fact that some of our items are made to order, some products have specified different estimated arrival dates, make sure to read the product descriptions (these products will take 20-40 days)
We ship using USPS first class Mail.

-Packages are usually received in 2-6 weeks depending on your country's customs office.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items if they have been confirmed delivered by USPS.
Cancelations, Refunds & Exchanges:
We do accept returns, but due to the fact that these items are handmade and unique, we deduct a 20% restocking fee from the order amount to be refunded.
If you would like to exchange your item:
1. Contact us at email@example.com within 3 days of delivery
2. ship items back to us within 7 days of delivery
You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. If your item has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
But please contact us (firstname.lastname@example.org) if you have any problems with your order.
Conditions of exchanges and returns:
Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value, and will not be eligible for an exchange or return.
*International customers are responsible for any additional fees (in case that exists) charged by their country.
